Choice and Freedom Members
You can book for badminton, squash, football, creche etc. seven days in advance, and then, if required, pay when you play.
Booking is only allowed by the membership card holder. Freedom members must still pick up a ticket before proceeding to their activity even if it’s free (including gym access). Cancellations made within the hour prior to a class will be charged for at the member’s rate regardless of whether the class / session is re-let. We regret that no refunds may be made once payment has been received.
Non-members
As above but only six days in advance. For non-members payment must be received at least 24 hours in advance of the actual booking. Payment may be made by card over the phone. Bookings not paid for 24 hours in advance will automatically be cancelled.
Junior charges are sometimes applicable to those under 16 years old. All participants for all activities must pick up a ticket from reception for that activity. Failure to do so may result in an additional charge.
